Booking privacy note.

When you send a date request, Sublime Snippets stores the contact details, session or event details, and message you provide so Jerry can review your request, respond, and arrange your booking.

What the form collects

Your name, email address, requested service and package, preferred date and time, and city or venue are required. A phone number, guest estimate, and additional notes are optional. Please do not include payment card details, identification documents, or other sensitive information in your message.

How your request is used

Your details are used to discuss availability, prepare a quote, and communicate about your requested service. The request is saved in a private studio inbox. Submitting the form does not add you to a marketing mailing list or reserve a date.

Contact sublimesnippetsmedia@yahoo.com to ask about your request or to request a correction or deletion of the information you submitted. You may also call 951-956-1326.

Google Calendar appointments

The 60-minute photography booking link opens Google Calendar. Details you submit there are handled by Google and shared with Jerry to manage your appointment. Those appointments are managed in Google Calendar; the website’s separate date-request form saves requests in the studio inbox.

Online payments and private booking links

When online checkout is available, Stripe processes your payment details. Sublime Snippets stores the payment reference, amount, currency, and payment status with your request; the website does not store your full card number. Keep your private booking link safe: anyone with the full link can view its booking details and payment status. Payment does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Print orders and uploaded images

Print orders store the image selection, size, frame, quantity, contact details, pickup notes, itemized quote, and payment status. Uploaded originals are kept privately for studio review and print production. Order pages use private access links; keep them safe. Contact the studio to correct your order or discuss image deletion.

External links

Instagram and other linked websites have their own privacy practices. Studio sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication; clients do not need a studio account to submit a request once the site is publicly available.
